Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

We offer two reliable shipping options to serve our global community of swimmers (service available worldwide, excluding Asia and certain remote regions).
1. Standard Shipping

- Cost: A flat rate of $12.95.
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Ideal for: Swimmers who want a balance of speed and cost for essential training gear like Male/Female Race Suits or Junior Racing Goggles.
2. Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS for economical delivery.
- Cost: FREE on all orders over $50.
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
- Ideal for: Planning ahead for seasonal needs, such as a new Fullsuit Wetsuit or stocking up on Kids Swimming Equipment.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or local postal services. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Our Returns & Exchanges Promise: Straightforward & Swimmer-Focused
We offer a straightforward, swimmer-focused returns and exchanges process within 15 days of you receiving your order. Our goal is to resolve any issue as efficiently as a perfectly executed flip turn.
Eligibility Checklist
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in pristine condition.
- In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and item details. Use the template below for clarity.
- Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed.
- Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) with the invoice copy and the RMA number clearly visible. We recommend using a trackable service. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Our Inspection & Processing: We inspect returns within 3-5 business days of receipt and will email you regarding approval.

- Refunds: If approved, see refund details below.
- Exchanges: If approved (e.g., for a different size of a Male Race Suit or Female Two Piece), we will ship the replacement promptly. Standard or free shipping rates apply to the new order.

Refund Timing & Method
Upon approval of your return:
- Timing: Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Your bank or processor may take additional time to post it to your account.
Original shipping fees (for both Standard and the calculated value of Free Shipping) are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
For hygiene, safety, and performance integrity, the following product categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective:
- Ear Plugs & Nose Clips: Due to their personal nature.
- Electronics: Such as swimming timers or training devices, once opened.
- Custom or Special Order Items: Clearly marked as such on the product page.
- Swimwear & Apparel that has been worn, used, or has damaged tags: This includes all Race Suits (Male, Female, Junior), Two Pieces, and Drag Suits. They must be in pristine, unworn condition with all original tags attached.
Defective items in these categories will be replaced or refunded upon verification. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a defective product.
